Are you interested in deepening your relationship with your inner self & this beautiful island? "Natural Communication" is a reflective experience this summer at the People's Apothecary Garden. The intention with providing this experience is to encourage gentle connections with out selves and the lands we walk upon. We will hold space to explore the subtleties of ourselves in relation to the land. Using meditation, creativity & our senses we will explore different communication methods for practicing herbal medicine and self reflection. This event is free to the community thanks to donations to the People's Apothecary Garden.
